Street Parking
To request parking permits, send an email to Keystone. To obtain an emergency overnight street parking pass (up to 7 nights in 90 days), click here.

Mailboxes
You can replace your mailbox yourself, or you can have it replaced by the HOA. For DIY, a requirement is that you must purchase the approved mailbox. Here is the Amazon link for this approved mailbox:

Board Meetings
Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM. Agendas are posted at the clubhouse 4 days before each meeting. To receive the agenda via email, make request to Tina Rozycki. Election of Board members occurs every April.
